Arthur Pencilgon is a recurring character in the upcoming anime, Shangri-La Frontier.
Her real name is Amane Towa and she goes by the virtual character name Arthur Pencilgon. After discovering that Sunraku has started playing another bad game called Shangri-La Frontier, she also joins the game to pursue the idea of defeating the legendary bad game player.
