Cancellation policy

This policy covers pre-orders and other orders paid in part now and in part later (down payment now, balance on arrival).

Each pre-order requires the down payment shown on its product page, or you can pay in full. On items marked "Eligible returnees Php 0", eligible returning customers pay nothing up front, whichever payment option they choose.
The remaining balance (or, for eligible returning customers, the full amount) is due within 14 calendar days after the item arrives at OHT. We will message you when it arrives.
International customers must pay in full before the pre-order deadline.
Pay the down payment (or the full amount) within 7 calendar days of placing your order, or by the posted pre-order deadline if that comes first. For Extra Slot orders, the 7 days apply. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and the slot released. Eligible returning customers on items marked “Eligible returnees Php 0” are exempt.

You may cancel a pre-order before its deadline (7:00 AM Philippine time the day after the posted pre-order deadline). Your down payment is refunded. Message us on our Facebook page or through the Chat button on this site to cancel.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after the deadline. Extra Slot orders cannot be cancelled.
After the deadline, down payments are non-refundable when an order ends because of the buyer, including cancellation or an unpaid balance.
If the balance is not settled within 14 calendar days of arrival, the down payment is forfeited and the item may be offered for sale. Further orders may also be declined. If you need more time, message us before the 14 days are up.
If OHT or the supplier cancels an order, or we cannot fulfil or deliver it, you get a full refund or store credit, your choice.
If no down payment (or full payment) is received within 7 calendar days of the order, or by the posted pre-order deadline if that comes first, we may cancel the order and release the slot.
