Shipping policy
OtakuHobbiToys PH (OHT) ships from the Philippines. Most of our items are pre-orders, which ship after they arrive at OHT. Release and arrival dates (ETAs) are estimates and may be delayed by manufacturers or logistics without prior notice.
When we ship
- Pre-orders: we'll message you when your item arrives. Settle any remaining balance within 14 calendar days of arrival, before we ship or release your item.
- On Hand items and new arrivals: we ship within 5 working days after your payment is confirmed. Payments are confirmed weekly.
Delivery options
- Local (Philippines): J&T Express. Fees start at ₱85 (shipping plus packaging) and go up with size and weight; very large parcels can cost over ₱1,000. We'll send you the exact fee when your item is ready; pay it before we ship.
- Pick-up at our warehouse, by you or your same-day rider (Grab, Lalamove, etc.). Message us on our Facebook page or through the Chat button on this site to set a pick-up schedule or check immediate availability. You book and pay the rider directly.
- Conventions: message us at least a week before the event to pick up there.
- International: DHL Express. We'll email you a quote; pay it before we ship. International shipping from the Philippines often costs more than people expect. International customers pay in full before the pre-order deadline.
Shipping costs
Shipping is not free. The buyer pays shipping fees, local or international, and any optional shipping insurance. Checkout shows shipping as ₱0 because the fee is quoted separately once your item is ready to ship.
Damage in transit
We handle every item with care until it is handed to you or your chosen courier. OHT is not responsible for damage caused by the courier in transit. See our Refund policy for factory defects.
