A nuclear-armed Gundam that deviated from the "Antarctic Treaty" in the "Gundam Development Plan" that the Earth Federation Forces was promoting in top secret. A huge body equipped with armor and shields for nuclear attacks in order to operate as close to the target as possible to increase accuracy. The Delaz Fleet robs it and launches "Operation Stardust".
